About me
I am a mum of two crazy boys; both full of beans, banter, and belly laughs. We’re mid-way through a project in the country (which will probably take the rest of our lives to complete) but we love it. I’m always up for a road trip, a glass of wine, a swim in the sea, a chinwag or a rollercoaster.
About my work
My time at Ace is split between two jobs as HR Lead and Senior Advocate. I have worked for Ace for nearly 9 years and I am so proud of Ace’s continuous evolution.

About me
I’m optimistic, loyal, hardworking, funny and determined.
About my work
I have been very fortunate in the last few years to grow as a designer.
It started with a huge opportunity to do a year-long training scheme with 4Talent. They got me a full-time placement at a London digital media company and I then earned a job working in Rio for the Paralympics. Afterwards I was hired by the digital media company.
In 2017, I decided to take a drastic move to Suffolk and start a new chapter of my life. I began using my skills as volunteer graphic designer with Ace, before getting hired by them.
I am part of Ace’s Accessible Information Department, creating Easy Read material along with an array of other things. I am also responsible for keeping the websites up-to-date.

About me
Hi I’m Adele I’m married with four children, all grown up now with children of their own. We also have three horses and three dogs in our household. When I’m not at work I’m kept busy running around after the animals, looking after the grandchildren and trying to get to the bottom of the never ending jobs list as we are currently trying to refurbish our home.
About my work
I have worked within care and support work for approx 18 years. My career in the care sector has seen me work my way up from being a support worker to managing a transitional project in 2008 for young people with LD, Autism and other complex needs. I continued in managerial roles until starting with ACE in 2017.
What people say about me
I think people would say that I am a caring person, that I am honest and trustworthy and enjoy a good laugh.
