About Me

I am proud to have joined Ace Anglia as Chief Executive in July 2026.

For the past 16 years I have worked in senior leadership roles across the charity and third sector, leading organisations through growth, change and partnership working. Throughout my career I have been passionate about building strong, values-led organisations that put people at the heart of everything they do.

I believe in listening first, building trusted relationships and working collaboratively with staff, trustees, volunteers, partners and the people we support. I am excited to build on Ace’s strong foundations and work alongside everyone to ensure the organisation continues to champion the rights, voices and ambitions of people with a learning disability and autistic people for many years to come.

About My Job

As Chief Executive, my role is to work alongside our Board of Trustees, staff, self-advocates, volunteers and partners to ensure Ace continues to be a strong, sustainable organisation that champions the rights, voices and ambitions of people with a learning disability and autistic people. Together, we will continue building on the organisation’s proud history while looking for opportunities to strengthen and grow our impact for the future.
