If you have had two doses of your Covid 19 vaccination and it has been 6 months since your 2nd dose, you can get your Covid 19 booster vaccination.
Some people with learning disability who are severely immunosuppressed will get a third primary dose before their booster, and if there is any doubt please contact your GP for more information.
This winter, people with a learning disability can also get the flu vaccination. It is safe to have the COVID-19 and flu vaccinations at the same time.
On contacting a GP about the flu and/ or Covid vaccination, if an Annual Health Check has not yet been offered, this could also be an opportunity for the individual to be supported to book a date.
